This website is operated by ARTLIER Sky Villa, a private residence in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("ARTLIER", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Bookings
Stays are currently booked through third-party platforms such as Airbnb. When you book through a platform, that platform's terms, payment rules, cancellation policy and the house rules shown in the listing apply to your booking, together with these terms. A date request sent from this website is not a reservation until we confirm it in writing.
3. Your stay
The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in your booking, up to a maximum of six. Please keep the door code private, respect the building's rules and your neighbours, and leave the residence in the condition you found it. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay, as set out in the booking platform's terms.
4. Website content
Photographs, films, text, the ARTLIER name and logo, and the SLIER figure belong to ARTLIER or are used with permission. You may share links to the website, but you may not copy, sell or reuse its content without our written consent.
5. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep descriptions and photographs accurate, but furnishing and views can change. Availability and prices are confirmed only at the time of booking. We may update or interrupt the website at any time.
6. Links to other services
The website links to services we do not control, including Airbnb and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Vietnam or your country of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
