1. Who we are
ARTLIER Sky Villa ("ARTLIER", "we") is a private residence in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
2. What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, travel dates, number of guests and anything you write in a message. When you submit a form on this website, what you typed is sent by email to us through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service, and is handled by that service and by Google, our email provider.
- Booking information: when you book through Airbnb or message us on Instagram, those platforms share with us what is needed for your stay, such as your name, dates and messages.
- Settings on your device: the website stores your light or dark mode and sound choice in your browser's local storage. These are not sent to us.
- Technical requests: to load fonts and a scrolling library, your browser contacts Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address as part of the request. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
3. How we use it
We use personal data to answer your questions, prepare and manage your stay, keep the residence and our guests safe, meet legal obligations such as guest registration, and improve our service. We do not sell personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only as needed: with the booking platform you used, with service providers who help us run the residence (for example cleaning or maintenance, limited to what they need), and with authorities where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as passport images or payment card numbers through messages unless we ask for them through a secure channel.
7. Children
This website and our booking channels are intended for adults. Guests under 18 must stay with a parent or guardian who makes the booking.
8. International transfers
Booking platforms and service providers may process data outside Vietnam. Where they do, their own safeguards and policies apply.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Vietnam's personal data protection law and laws such as the GDPR, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
